A-Mark Precious Metals was founded in 1965 as A Mark Coin Company. It is a precious metal trading company. It was the first company allowed to make and sell coins from the metals recovered in the shipwreck of SS Gairsoppa. As of 2018, it was a Fortune 500 company. In 2020 it fell off the Fortune 500 to the Fortune 1000. It offers gold, silver, platinum, and palladium products for storage and delivery. This can be stored via bars, coins, grain, and wafers.
